H’Arts for the Homeless

Each fall, Lookout hosts it’s Annual H’Arts for the Homeless event. In support of the Lookout foundation, this gala fundraiser is a special evening of entertainment, live painting and inspiration that celebrates the joys, successes, strengths and stories of the people Lookout serves. Unique entertainment and performers, music and dance, visual artists and delicious food are all part of the H’Arts experience. Guests also learn the different stories of homelessness through compelling art installations, guest speakers and community partners that work with Lookout in supporting initiatives that combat absolute and episodic homelessness.

The H’Arts gala traditionally features a group of visual artists creating artwork throughout the evening’s festivities. The finished works are then auctioned off with proceeds supporting the Lookout Foundation, furthering Lookout Housing and Health Society’s goals and mission for the people we serve.

This year Lookout is celebrating the 10th Annual H’Arts for Homeless event on October 4th, 2018. Given the current housing crisis, Lookout’s theme this year is housing.

To purchase tickets to the 10th Annual event, call: 604-255-0340 or email: devassist@lookoutsociety.ca
