Supportive Housing

Supportive housing provides wrap-around support in addition to a place to call home. Tenant Support Workers (TSWs) assist tenants with working towards stability and wellness. TSWs work with each tenant to develop individualized case plans. Tenants are encouraged to be active participants in their residence through opportunities that include Tenant Advisory Council, fire marshals, community kitchens, and other group activities.

Please Note: The application process may vary depending on the building. 

We do not publicly list the addresses of our supportive housing residences to protect the privacy of our guests. To apply for permanent housing, clients must follow the instructions listed below:
