Lynn Seabrook joined Lookout Housing & Health Society with 18 years leadership experience in Aboriginal Health and Social Housing within the Regional Health Authorities, CMHC, First Nation Communities and the non-profit sector. Lynn was the Founder and Executive Director of a CARF Accredited Licensed Residential Treatment Centre for Aboriginal female youth in Abbotsford. She was recognized with awards for her Leadership in Business Excellence and Inclusive Environment. Lynn has been in the forefront of innovative initiatives to enhance Aboriginal Services emphasizing choice, cultural safety, independence, and dignity. Lynn’s desire to see equality of services and better health outcomes for the First Nation communities and Urban populations have been her true passion. Lynn has an excellent reputation within the health and housing sectors for her tenacity, leadership, compassion, and determination to transform the lives of Aboriginal and Urban individuals.
