Sonny Somani

Director of Administration and Property Management

Sonny Somani has over two decades of experience in operations management within various industries including manufacturing & production where he established his training and development background and built solid teams of trainers, produced training videos, quality metrics and SOP’s for a new manufacturing facility in China. Within the wholesale & distribution industry, he worked within the Costco environment establishing strong leadership teams with his collaborative approach across Western Canada and partnered with many local organizations where he was awarded for providing jobs and mentoring new immigrants that faced cultural challenges moving to this country they called home.

His most recent experiences have been within healthcare operations where due to his personal family experiences, he changed his direction and entered into healthcare operations where he went from overseeing a large medical clinic implementing new EMR software and developing strategic partnership with a large pharmaceutical establishment to becoming a Regional Executive Director within private health services company where he provided leadership and operational direction to a team of 900 staff within BC. His priority remains to promote quality of service, effective training and leadership skills and the passion to provide quality care to those in need and being an advocate for those without a voice.
