Troy Sears

Troy joined Lookout Housing and Health Society in October 2022 from the private IT sector. Over the years working at IT managed service providers, he has had the privilege of supporting various non-profit societies from the help desk to the account executive level throughout the years. He has worked in various positions in the Information Technology field for over 12 years and has a passion for implementing new and exciting technologies for businesses. Most of Troy’s education has come from working in the Information Technology field for Managed Service Providers, where he has been exposed to numerous different technologies and business needs. Troy is excited to bring his passion and knowledge for IT to Lookout Housing and Health Society, where he wants to be able to support the society in accomplishing its long-term goals. Outside of work, Troy loves spending time with his wife and young daughter and is a die-hard Canucks fan that hopes to see them win the Stanley Cup in the near future.
