Chuck Puchmayr is a former New Westminster city councillor and a former Member of the Legislative Assembly of BC. He was first elected to public office in 1996, and continues to serve the constituents of New Westminster today. He is the founder and a volunteer for A Beef with Hunger Society, an organization which raises food for food banks and local non-profit meal providers. He is also a volunteer with BC Transplant. He is a strong advocate for human rights and reconciliation, working with Indigenous communities throughout BC. Chuck is a member of the New Westminster First Nations Court planning committee and is also a certified Gladue Writer, for Indigenous court. He is the former president of the Lookout Foundation.
