Terri joined Lookout in June 2018 as our new Director of Human Resources. Prior to Lookout, Terri spent eight years with Tradex and Tourism Abbotsford as the Senior Human Resources Manager where she had to build the entire human resources department from the ground up.
Terri is an award winning Human Resource professional with a career background in: human resource management, public administration and corporate leadership. With a well-documented track record in aligning strategic organizational needs and best practices while providing a strategic perspective to all aspects of organizational leadership, Terri is passionate about creating cultures that support employee engagement and professional development.
